Property Management
The Property Manager’s primary responsibility is the day-to-day operations of the business of our complex. That involves a lot of accounting, paperwork, and customer service for co-owners calling with service requests/work orders, complaints, or other issues.

The Property Manager takes care of service requests/work orders as they come in (i.e., re. water leaks, down spouts, court yard lights, garbage, etc.). All other issues, such as co-owner's complaints, specialty requests, contract approvals, etc., will be presented to the Board for review. The Board will then review the issue and direct the management company to take appropriate action.
Maintenance/Work Order Requests
You can submit your maintenance request via MPM's online form, by phone, or in writing via regular mail. Once a work order is received, it will be reviewed and a contractor hired to do any maintenance and repair as needed, and as approved by the board. Co-owners will be notified accordingly.

If your request is a basic work order, it will be processed on the first business day after receipt of the request. You will then receive a notification via email, phone or regular mail, confirming that the work order was placed with a contractor. Repairs are typically completed within 7 to 10 business days.
If your request is for a repair that is scheduled on a seasonal basis, i.e. bricks, concrete, etc., it will be added to the already scheduled repairs.

Contractors must give 24-hour notice before starting any repairs affection a Co-Owner's unit and limited common area. Co-owners will not be notified of repairs to the general common areas.
