Board Members

Board members can be contacted via the Property Manager.

Please do not contact Board members at their homes. A single Board member cannot make any decision on your issue as all decisions require input and a vote by all Board members.

Board members are elected at the Annual Meeting for two-year terms. The terms are staggered, i.e., one year there will be two board positions up for election, the next year three positions. (Bylaws Art. X, Section 2).
Should any Board member step down during their term, the remaining Board members will appoint a co-owner in good standing to serve the remainder of that term (Bylaws Art. X, Section 6).

The various Board positions (i.e., President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Director) are voted upon among the Board members following the Annual Meeting.
