Board Meetings
Board meetings are open to co-owners, except when the matters discussed affects a co-owner's right to privacy. The meetings are held based on board members' availability and day/time will vary. Seating is limited, the meeting room may only seat 10 people. Co-owners should call the management company in advance to reserve a seat. Preference will be given to co-owners whom have a concern they would like to discuss with the Board.

The Board will meet as required, and as the members' work schedules allow (per our bylaws, at least six (6) meetings must be held per year).
