Monthly Payments

Payment Options - Monthly Association Fees

 

Monthly assessments/fees are due the first day of every month and can be paid by the following options:

​

  • by written check with coupon (your account number should be written on the check) mailed to:

(your account number is your building and unit number. I.e., if you live in building 3, unit 10, then your account number is 03-010).

​

  • by automatic (echeck) payment through your bank;

​

  • via ACH (automatic payment program)- authorizes the management company to withdraw the monthly association fee from the bank account you indicate. This form is available from the management company.

​

  • Online Payment Payments by e-check are at no charge while credit card payment will incur a charge. 

​

A late payment fee will be charged for late payments past 10 days.
